“Monk Vass” Ltd. specialized in production of non-alcohol beverages was founded in 1996 and as of today is one of the most known companies in this industry in Ukraine.

The company managed to provide products to Kyiv and also thanks to well-considered sales policy secured its place in all regions of Ukraine.

Production capacities of “Monk Vass” Ltd. were designed by Belgian company “Seva Engineering”, installed and set up by British company “Central Bottling International Limited”. The plant has two lines for bottling beverages with the total capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour. Technological equipment is controlled through software programs and all operations are automated. The company uses for production water from springs of Synemanskiy and Buchakskiy aquiferous strata, which goes through special processing: purification, disinfection and softening. The system of water treatment at the plant produces water, which corresponds to the requirements of high quality beverages production.

Kvass concentrate on the basis of fermented rye and barley malt produced by Dutch company “IFF” is used as the main raw material for producing beverages.

The products, which is supplied to all regions of Ukraine and also exported abroad (to Baltic countries, Czech Republic, Germany, Canada, USA, Israel) goes through several stages of quality control and sampling:

* sampling at laboratories,
* control on stages of production of test production runs,
* certification procedure,
* continuous inspection of quality of ready products, which are supplied to points of sale

All technologies stages of production are subject to mandatory control by the plant laboratory.

The company received for all beverages and technological equipment Certificates of correspondence in the system UkrSEPRO, which confirms high and stable quality of the manufactured products.

Today, along with the high quality aromatic kvass and sweet soda water, “Monk Vass” Ltd. intends to expand its assortment and further improve the quality of the products. For this purpose, the company created Research and Development Department for Designer Developments (RDD). Its task is to create new technologies and innovative products. Joint work of the Marketing and R&D Departments helps manufacture products that correspond to demands of the consumers. Technology specialists of the company continuously work on improvement of taste properties of the beverages developing new taste compositions.

In conditions of market competition, well-coordinated cooperation with distributors around Ukraine is of great importance. “Monk Vass” Ltd. Sales Department is actively working on establishing new business contacts and expanding the geography of distribution of the company products.
